Admission Process

Joining Crown Private School, Ajman is a simple three-step process. Before beginning the stages outlined below, please ensure you review our mandatory application guidelines for a smooth enrollment.

Complete the tuition payment and collect your child’s school uniform, books, and resources.

Important Note:

  • Child's age will be considered for grade placement as per the M.O.E rules and regulations.
  • The school has the right to reject a student's registration if he/she has failed to meet the academic and conduct standards set by the school.
  • The legal guardian needs to provide authentic court documents verifying their legal guardianship.
  • In order to register your child with the Ajman Education Zone (AEZ), we will need to register Student’s name on the Ministry system SIS by using the Students’ original U.A.E. I.D. Card or a Transfer Certificate before the start of the school year.

Documents Required

Please visit the School Registration Office from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 2:00pm to complete the registration form and submit the following documents:

  1. One recent colour passport-sized photograph of the student
  2. Student’s original Emirates ID and a photocopy
  3. Both parents’ original Emirates ID and photocopies
  4. Copy of the student’s passport (with valid residence visa for non-UAE citizens)
  5. Copy of the birth certificate
  6. Family Book (UAE citizens only)
  7. Copy of the vaccination card
  8. Continuing study letter from the previous school or nursery, including the student’s SIS number (if previously enrolled)
  9. Final report and Transfer Certificate with SIS number, stamped by the Education Zone (for transfers within the UAE)
  10. Final report and Transfer Certificate attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Consulate in the country of origin (for students transferring from outside the UAE)
  11. Completed and signed registration form

Please note: Documents listed in points 9 and 10 must be submitted before the student’s first day of school.

Book a Seat

1. Visiting the accounts department to arrange Payment of AED 2,500, which is due within 7 days, will be deducted from the school’s annual tuition fees, AED (500) non-refundable for any student who chooses not to return to the school for any reason. Your child’s place is not guaranteed until the registration fee has been received.

2. Fill out the Bus form and submit during the registration.

  • After making the payment, kindly contact accounts department for confirmation and to ensure prompt processing. You may reach her via phone call or text message at 056-5543908.
  • If you prefer to make a cash payment, we are pleased to offer a complimentary doorstep collection service. Simply provide your location details to 056-5343908 and our representative will be dispatched to collect the payment at your convenience.

Full Fees payment and collection of the Book and Uniform.

Tuition fees should be paid in two instalments using (Cash, Cheque & Credit card), in addition to books, uniform and (transportation if required).

  • The First instalment (50%) of the school fees should be paid on or before 14th August of every year.
  • The Second instalment (50%) of the school fees should be paid on or before 2nd January of every year

Please check the extra activities fees in your invoice and inform accounts section on or before 14th August

All discounts will be applied for each student's tuition fee if the full year Tuition Fees are paid before 14th August

  • A discount of 5% will be applied to the fees for Siblings.
  • A discount of 20% will be applied on the tution fees Esaad
  • A discount of 15% will be applied on tution fees for Homat Alwatan or FaZaa.*
