The Innovation & Research Council empowers students and staff to lead sustainability initiatives, apply research-based thinking, and create real-world environmental impact across the school.

Formed in August 2025, the IRC brings together teachers and student representatives to lead sustainability-focused initiatives, encourage student leadership, and integrate real-world environmental practices into daily school life.

Sustainability in Practice
Sustainability learning is brought to life through facilities, projects, and school-wide participation. The school greenhouse supports experiential learning, while plantation drives and recycling initiatives engage students across all age groups in practical environmental action.

Crown Private School is proud to be featured on Ajman University’s Sustainability platform, recognising our strategic partnership and our shared commitment to advancing sustainability, innovation, environmental responsibility and student-led action.
Through our collaboration with Ajman University, our students have opportunities to take sustainability beyond the classroom through green entrepreneurship, climate-action awareness, environmental initiatives, community engagement and research-led learning. These experiences empower students to explore real-world challenges, develop innovative solutions and understand how meaningful local action can contribute to a more sustainable future.
The partnership also complements the work of our Innovation & Research Council (IRC), supporting a culture of student leadership, research, innovation and responsible citizenship across the school.
We are especially proud to celebrate the dedication of Ms Shaza, Mr Chandrashekhar and Dr. K.P. Sir, whose leadership and commitment through the IRC have contributed to this important milestone.
